This is the best lamp for those small art works like the 10 by 14 inches and so on. and a 15 watt bulb is all you need. they should supply you one with the lamp.

Dierect purchase needs to be a better value. The only advantage is not going to a store. Delivery could be a heck of a lot faster; it seemed to be 14 days in delivery though I did not check the accuracy.

They were very expensive and no dimmer so I was disappointed. We had to replace the switch on all three with dimmers. I'm happy with the antique look.

While the quality of the product is good, I was disappointed that it didn't come with bulbs... which are not readily available where I live. (Not needing to go to the store is why people shop on line!)

It was easy to install and it looks great. To have the switch a little closer to the plug would have helped as I hung my picture high up on my wall. Because of this I also had to make the cord longer. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Basically can't say enough positive things about this product. No dimming light from weakening batteries, no climbing on a ladder to change batteries, plugs in easily at floor level, and provides perfect candle power of light for the picture.
